Athletic Fees
- Athletic fees are charged for each sport and
are not included in the fees listed above

Tuition
- Payments may be prorated over a ten (10) month
period. Billing begins August 1, 2005.
- Due on the 1st of each month and considered
late on the 12th of each month.
- Parents who enroll or withdraw students after
the 1st of the month are responsible for the entire month's
tuition.
Refunds
Since Aledo Christian School has an obligation to its employees, tuition is based on the entire school year—no reductions can be made for vacations and holidays. If a student enters after the schol year has begun, or withdraws for any reason, tuition charges are calculated from the 1st of the month. No deductions will be made for absences, regardless of the cause. Withdrawals, before the school year begins or during the year, must be made in writing and shall be effective when such notice is delivered to the school.
